My work brings an increased sense of well-being into peoples lives. Over the years as a body
worker I have developed my own unique style and touch. I have learnt to read people’s body and
work intuitively, releasing tension and relieving injuries that lead to increased health and wellness.

Throughout the years I have gained experience in a variety of workplaces. I started out working as a
massage therapist in luxury retreats around Byron Bay. I then went on to work in private rehab centres, clinics on the sunshine coast, more recently I been developing and setting up wellness services for corporate clients around the coast.

My work began as a massage therapist in 2002, I took on a number of areas of study following my
interest, these included Swedish, Remedial, Shiatsu, Hot Stone Therapy and Sports Massage. With a
continued interest in and finding spiritual fulfilment I went on to study Yoga teacher training in
India between 2005 and 2006.

Yoga opened me up to a greater feeling of aliveness in my own life, I wanted to learn the power of this philosophy more deeply and to share this with others. Upon completing my training I started to teach in India before returning home where I taught in Byron Bay and the Sunshine Coast between 2006 and 2015.

More recently I have been researching organisational systems within business and looking for ways ways to link my health and well-being programs into these systems. With an increase in work related stress and a rise in mental health issues in our culture I have been focused on finding ways to improve the health of staff and support positive business outcomes.

My work continues to grow and evolve, I continue to expand my skills and experience in order to
provide the best possible service.
